ISRO, Skyroot Successfully Test KALAM 1200 Rocket Motor
ISRO announced Skyroot Aerospace's successful first static test of its powerful KALAM 1200 solid rocket motor, the first stage of Vikram-1, at Sriharikota's SDSC. Measuring 11m and carrying 30 tonnes of propellant, it's the longest monolithic motor built at SDSC, marking a major milestone under India's Space Policy 2023.
