Army Deploys High-Altitude Monorail At 16K Feet In Arunachal
The Indian Army has deployed an indigenous high-altitude monorail system at 16,000 feet in the Kameng Himalayas of Arunachal Pradesh. Designed to overcome frequent supply disruptions caused by heavy snowfall, the system ensures uninterrupted logistics. The monorail can carry over 300 kg at a time, significantly boosting supply in tough terrain.
