Kerala Becomes First Fully Digitally Literate State
Kerala, the first state to achieve full literacy, has now become the first to achieve complete digital literacy. Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan called it a proud moment for the state. In contrast, only 38% of families across India are digitally literate, highlighting Kerala’s significant progress in bridging the digital divide.
