Canada Rejects Indian Student Visas As Approval Rates Drop
Indian students in Canada are facing a major setback as study visa approvals have sharply declined. According to the Canadian Immigration Department, approval rates dropped from 74% in August 2025 to just 32% in 2023. The number of applications also fell drastically from 20,900 in 2023 to only 4,515 by August 2025, alarming aspiring students.
