Lok Sabha To Take Up Jan Vishwas Bill 2.0 Today
The Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Bill, 2025, will be introduced in Lok Sabha today by Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal to enhance ease of business and living. It proposes decriminalising 300 minor offences and rationalising penalties. Aimed at "Viksit Bharat 2047," the Bill may be referred to a Select Committee for detailed scrutiny.
