India Rejects Nepal's Objection To Lipulekh Trade Route With China
India dismissed Nepal's objection to resuming border trade with China via the Lipulekh Pass, calling its claims "unjustified and untenable." MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said trade has existed since 1954, rejected Kathmandu's "artificial enlargement" of territory, and urged dialogue to resolve boundary issues diplomatically.
