Star actress Pooja Hegde is reportedly set to appear in a special item song in 'Lenin', the upcoming film starring Akhil Akkineni and directed by Murali Kishore Abburi. The song is said to be sung by popular folk singer Mangli. However, an official confirmation regarding Pooja’s appearance is still awaited.
