Supreme Court Questions Undisclosed Claims In Sahara Sale
The Supreme Court allowed Sahara Group to respond after amicus curiae Shekhar Naphade reported receiving 34 claims related to properties the company seeks to sell to Adani Properties. He said Sahara failed to reveal these claims when seeking approval to sell 88 assets. The Bench raised concerns over the non-disclosure.
