A 55-year-old Indian expat from Kerala, Pradeep Chalatan, won $1 million (₹8 crore) in the Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire draw. Pradeep, who works as a document controller, bought the winning ticket online and shared its cost with a friend. He's the 256th Indian winner since the promotion began in 1999.
